GamerCat Studio Ltd otherwise known as GamerCat Studio or the Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we process your personal data where you are a visitor to our website or supplier of services to us. This privacy notice also tells you about your privacy rights pursuant to Data Protection Laws such as the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU GDPR.

Our website is used to present information about our video game studio and our upcoming projects. We do not sell products or services through the website and we do not process payments through the website.

The only personal data we currently collect through the website is limited to information you choose to provide to us for example when contacting us or subscribing to our newsletter together with certain technical information generated automatically when you visit the website.

Our website and game are intended for users aged 17 and over and are not directed at children.
